Abstract

I start by saying that the Gynecological Clinic, as well as the General Medical Clinic or any specialty, is based on the classical canons of systematic and comprehensive study of the sick; coupled with a gynecological examination that practiced method and doctrine, it provides valuable data for a first diagnostic impression that in recognition of subsequent research will be confirmed or amended. And all thanks to the progress made by the gynecological practice in the course of half a century, has enabled using tests and procedures deepen the clinical study of patients and get to the point where we are today, looking for scientific accuracy and precision diagnosis.
