Abstract

Responsible Fatherhood (PR) is a constant reality of today and its importance is such that our constitution mentions. Globally, the UN and the Catholic church have addressed the issue by having been dedicated in 1994 to the family. Attempting a definition of PR is to meet with opinions whose difference lies in the depth of matter, as some partially used the concept to justify their institutional objectives. This article explores the essence of the subject and its author, being a Christian doctor, expressed his conviction and experience in the country and abroad, Reproductive Health.
