Operative hysteroscopy: myomectomy

Abstract

Surgical hysteroscopy represent is a good option for resection of submucous myomas because it is simple, needs short operative time and no hospitalization, has minimal complications and preserves fertility and the possibility of vaginal delivery. We describe our first four cases with surgical hysterocopy.
