Abstract

The informed consent has become the legal instrument basis of medical rights and as such is the essence of regulation in the medical world. Consequently it is relevant to know its effects and implications in the scope of sexual and reproductive rights, particularly in those rights where the person’s informed consent is required for medical procedures or treatments.
